[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Ludwinowo, Poland Birth records year 1825

I am trying to locate the birth record for Christian Hauch who was born in Ludwinowo, just south of Warsaw in the year 1825.  He was German/Lutheran.  I am trying to locate the Catholic church nearest to this area in 1825 to see if the parish records exist.  This location is very near Pyry.  On old maps I see the symbol for a church very near Ludwinowo but do not know the name of the church.  There is also a record that this family left from Jozefslaw Poland to go to Volhynia about 1839.  I also see on this old map that Jozefslaw is very near to Ludwinowo and just to the east.  These location are now part of Warsaw.
