Good news,

I found my grandfather on the immigration list for Baltimore, Maryland in May 1900.

Bad News, It shows his village at Josephow , Plock . There are a lot of Josephow or
Jozefow in Russia Poland.

On the next two lines on the ship's manifest are a mother and son from "Szonict", Plock.

After that is another passenger, Friedrich Dorn, from "Rochuo" Plock.

All of these people are going to the same city in Ohio.

I am sure that the person writing down this information on the original document
butchered the names of the villages.

The rest of the passengers show the province at Warsaw and Kowna.

Would anyone know the location of Josephow, Plock, Russia Poland?

My grandfather was Lutheran and German. Thank you for any help. Joyce
