[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Researching Henkel Family

I am looking for information on a Minna, Wilhemine, or Marie Henkel who married Daniel Stachowski.  They had a daughter Ida Berta who married Ewald Ferle.  Ewald and Ida (along with Minna) lived in Brazil.  Minna would have been born near Lublin, Poland somewhere between 1864 and 1872 to Christopher and Christine (nee Holz) Henkel.
