Guenther's guess seems like a pretty reasonable one to me. But if you wanted to search for other possibilities, this list of German villages should be pretty comprehensive for the Odessa area: http://www.blackseagr.org/pdfs/village_list.pdf

If you want more info on researching German villages in the Odessa area: http://www.blackseagr.org/learn_odessa.html

And this page has links to photos of Selz and Kandel (you have to scroll down to the Odessa-area villages): http://www.blackseagr.org/photo_album.html#Villages

Hello Eveline,
trying to guess:

    Lymans'ke, Oblast Odessa, Ukraine 67452
    [?????????, ??????? ???????, ???????]

Lymanske included the German colonies Selz, Kandel and Baden.

G?nther
