Novaja Semlja (also known as Nowaja Semlja, Nowa Ziemia, and Nowaj Kotowskaja) roughly half way between Luck and Rowno and just north of the highway - approximate coordinates 50.795845,25.727377  which you can use in the search box on Google Maps.

I could not find any good matches for Swirow.
