[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Wiesner & Schinkel

Patricia,

I thought I would be able to find a bit more for you from Manitoba but was not as successful as I thought.  You can search early Manitoba records yourself at http://vitalstats.gov.mb.ca/Query.php and order original records.  Be aware however that the extractions have terrible spellings that may make your search difficult - e.g. the surname Mesemann is extracted as Neumann, Stubel as Stenbel, etc.

I think the name Sean for the 4th child just doesn't ring true.  Not saying it is impossible but would be highly unlikely.

Here are some items I found:
Leo Wiesner born 8 Dec 1892, mother Pauline Schinkel
Herman Wiesner 15 Oct 1902, ditto
Otto Wiesner 10 Apr 1906, ditto
Emil Wiesner 18 Nov 1896, ditto
Walter W., 3 Feb 1899, mother Pearline Schenkel (see what I mean)
Albert W., 30 Mar 1909, ditto

Lots more for other members of your families (including death records for Gottlieb and Pauline) and probably still more if you are creative with your spelling.
