I found this book called Anton - about a young  boy during the Russian Revolution and his family's survival to immigrate to Canada ca. 1925..

There is some information the  book in digital format.  As Library and Archives Canada no longer has an ILL policy - perhaps this book is avlb in other Western libraries (copies are avlb in the Regina Public Library).  The author Dale Eisler is from Regina and was recently  Consul General in Denver Colorado.

Might be of some interest to those whose roots are in Western Canada.
