[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Cyrillic Translation

Hi,

I have one birth record from Lodz, St. John's Church written in Cyrillic.
I haven't translated Cyrillic before, and I'm having some difficulty.  I
could email the record if there is someone who could help.  Are there other
resources with lists of frequently used words to help translate like the
one LDS has for Polish?  (By the way, this link seems to be broken
