[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Help reading scan PLEASE

I recieved two scans today and I am having problems reading it, it is in German but only some words I can read, Could anyone please take a look at it, I can email the scan, I am interrested what it says for Jacob Tiefenbacher and Christoph Tiefenbacher, above Christoph name there is a lot written but don't know if this info written belongs to the Christoph below it. Scans are from 1837 and 1838
