Rose is correct, no 1921 census on ancestry, matter of fact 1916 appears to be gone as well!

for a family/town history book called "Bittersweet Years - The Herbert Story"
a lot of Ewerts. This site will ask you to register, (its free) but regardless of if you do or don't searching is the same. you can search by book title or by the last name Ewert
