I am aware of the BC and Manitoba sites. Anything that is important in Canada, found on this link http://www.cangenealogy.com/

How much does Saskatcewan charge for documents ordered through their website?
Manitoba charge $12.

The better website for BC is
http://search-collections.royalbcmuseum.bc.ca/Genealogy/BasicSearch

Many records are now digitized and can be viewed online for free.

Rose is correct, no 1921 census on ancestry, matter of fact 1916 appears to be gone as well!

  You might want to try
  http://ourroots.ca/

for a family/town history book called "Bittersweet Years - The Herbert Story"
a lot of Ewerts. This site will ask you to register, (its free) but regardless of if you do or don't searching is the same. you can search by book title or by the last name Ewert
