[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Gazetteer Update

Karl Krueger updated the six village gazetteers on the homepage.

The biggest changes are with the volhynian gazetteer. I named all villages
marked Kol. (=Kolonie) that I found on maps and old gazetteers.

It now contains all volhynian villages of today and all known villages not
any more existing.
