[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Polish Travel Guide Suggestions

I have two Canadian 2nd cousins - once removed - who are looking for a guide
when they travel to Poland this year.  They want to visit the areas around
Lublin, including Chelm and Dubecno.  

They are looking for a guide that can help them navigate the countryside and
help them search for genealogy information.  Obviously, they need someone
who can speak English and navigate any archives that they might want to
visit.

If anyone has any suggestions and/or connections, please contact me and I
