[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] reading a scan

There were other entries with this name.
This one caught my attention because Anna Koeppert is my great great
  Grandmother. Koeppert is not a common name.
I've gone back through and found other entries with this name.
This one is very clear.
It says Kiepert

I guess I need to  look at  the complete record of the  one that is very 
clear and see who the parents are and then
look at the complete record of this one.
