Köslin [Koszalin] is a city, but is also a county. Frauzdorf would then most likely have been a dorf (=village) within the county of Köslin  [Koszalin].

My grandmother birthplace 1853 is shown as   “ Frauzdorf, Köslin  [ Koszalin ]”

Kosalin is a city.  Would the word Frauzdorf indicate that this may be a hospital  for birthing ?
