Thank you for contacting the 23andMe Team. At this time it is not possible to upload genetic data from other ancestry services into a 23andMe account.
The 23andMe Personal Genome Service analyzes autosomal DNA, mitochondrial DNA, and Y-chromosome DNA (males only), and uses SNPs for both Y chromosome and mitochondrial DNA analyses. Other genetic ancestry services may use STRs for the Y chromosome and sequencing for mitochondrial DNA.
