[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] dna

My father, Emil Neumann, was of Volhynian German Lutheran background and
came to Canada from USSR (Ukraine) in 1929. Recently I got dna test done
through 23andMe, and found that my paternal Haplogroup is R1b1b2a1a2. They
have identified 900+ potential relatives (3rd cousin to distant). Not sure
what to do next. They also report a 4% Ashkenazi connection.
