[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] SGGEE MPD updated

The Master Pedigree Database has just been updated as of July 30, 2015. This version includes 523,289 records, about 39,000 of which are new names to the database. Additionally many improvments have been made since the last version such as merging duplicate individuals, corrections to data, and cleaning up the master location list.

Only those current on their SGGEE membership can access this database.
