>From the CBC's digital archives,  a black and white broadcast in 1954 of
German immigrants arriving to Canada on the Arosa Kulm, one of many ships
like the Beaverbrae (but with more elegance!) .  My family arrived on the
Beaverbrae, a converted freighter leased by the Canadian Christian Council
for the Resettlement of Refugees (CCCRR) from Bremen - definitely a LOT
less classy.

A 16 min. broadcast. Unfortunately, the sound is not very loud.
