If you are interested in Lublin state archives records and click on that
link, you will see that there are more than 77,000 items. Click on the
first, then click on the "archive" tab for the entire records hierarchy.
That will bring you to this page:
http://www.szukajwarchiwach.pl/35#tabZasoby
Here you can see that for most items, scans have not been published but
for some, there are many: Lubelskie & Chelmskie. From there, you can
begin to select images. Some may have indexes for particular years.
However, I don't see vital records listed her once the series listing is
selected. (Vital records from the Lublin state archives are easier to
find at FamilySearch in doing a collection search.)

From the main search page for www.szukajwarchiwach.pl you can restrict
the search to only those records with scans. I find it more difficult to
get accurate results when I try to limit by denomination or vital
records. The real difficulty is that many entries require case endings
on the cities. If I'm looking for particular records that may have been
reported in a larger parish, I use that, e.g Bydgoszcz. I restrict the
search to scans only and spot-check the results. Once I click on vital
records for anything in that region, I can go to the main archive and
see what collections are available in that series. At that point, the
Catholic, Evangelical Augsburg, and Jewish records are listed separately
for each smaller parish in the region. This procedure is definitely
time-consuming. However, I have found records of interest. And it's much
easier if you can find indexes of names for particular years of birth,
marriage, and death records.

Civil records I have examined will "mix" the denominations, and I
haven't usually found an index, so that search in a large city is not
very rewarding.
