I see the birth place as Humberstone, Welland, Ontario, Canada.

Ilona, I can send you scan of this birth record from FamilySearch, which birth was recorded in year 1900.

I do not see a death record for the father Michael in Ontario, Canada.
He may be died in the United States and mother Louise travel to Canada to be with family.

  Michael Heinrich Timm was born Nov 17,1899 in Humbustone, Welland, Ontario, Canada with the correct parents listed. There was a Michael Timm listed in 1896 in Buffalo, NY as a laborer but the family must have crossed over to Canada prior to his birth.   Amy Caswell
