[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Help with Place Name

My replies are not being sent to the whole list, so I am re-sending the info.

It was the S.S. Rhein sailing from Bremen on May 23, 1912.  It arrived in Baltimore, MD on June 6.

I am pretty sure the Blumental is in Tscherwonoarmejsk (forgive me if spelling is off) in Volhynia, as I found that linked to his mother's birth before.
