Omar,

The birth record of Karoline Kuhn (Karolina Kun) is online here:
http://searcharchives.pl/50/399/0/-/10/skan/full/qM7eXetx3fCZ0hnAzNodVw

She was born in Georgenthal (Mialkowek) on 14 Feb 1818 at 1 pm and christened in the Catholic church of Gostynin the next day.

Her parents were Andreas Kuhn (Andrzey Kun), a labourer 40 years old, residing in Mialkowek, and Marianne (Maryanna) 34 years old. Her maiden name is not mentioned.

The witnesses were Jakob Patzer (Pacer), a labourer 50 years old, residing in Mialkowek, and Michael Jenne, a farmer 42 years old, residing in Huta.

Hope this helps,
Jan
