[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Russian help

I was wondering if someone could help me with a Russian marriage document.
I'm having trouble with the names. The brides name that I'm looking for is
easy to spot in Cyrillic but the groom has one of those surnames that has
so many variations that I have no idea how it translates to Russian.

Is this the marriage record for Gottlieb Ruttig and Krystina Draht?
Ruttig can also be Rutke, Rudke,Rottke, Ruttich, Rutkowski
