As to previous email, I hope I have the right Penno. Now as I read the obituary, I may be wrong. Sad none the less to see our pioneers to Canada pass away. Rita

Sad news indeed. Lawrence was an important factor in getting SGGEE off the ground -- as Rose said, quietly, behind the scenes. (Although, to be fair, he was not all quiet; he could be blunt when urging people to submit their information for the SGGEE database.)

It's tough to see so many of the pioneers moving on.

Dave

This past weekend we heard of the passing of Lawrence on July 13th, 2017.

Link to his Obituary.

For many years Lawrence worked quietly behind the scene, by entering the paper data submitted by members who did not have the ability to enter their own data into Legacy.

Lawrence had many 'cousins' in the SGGEE membership, myself being one of them.

Rose Ingram.
