      Apparently the contact website I gave for Henry Smith's book (below) does not respond.  I also tried www.henrysmithswebsite.com/resources/Book.pdf and.henrysmithswebsite.com/online-store.php with the same result.  I have had success connecting with these sites by using my browser and key words such as Henry Smith, Australia, German and book.  
       The name of the book is "Reconciliation - Business Achievement - The Missing Link " 4th Edition

     An interesting book on German immigration to Australia can be found at henrysmithswebsite.com   The site describes voyages and settlements established also fairly substantial lists of immigrants to Australia in the 1800s.
