[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] LOC-DAI Captured German Documents - Background

The header for the document you reference indicates that the original films 
are held in the Library of Congress where they can be purchased for about 
$35-40 US each reel.  I don't know what arrangements GRHS have for getting 
copies of relevant selections or for obtaining the films under an 
interlibrary type system.  These films are not available through LDS sources.

While these films hold a lot of data for Black Sea area Germans, there is 
little of interest regarding Volhynia Germans.  I believe that the SGGEE 
library has one or two reels with what limited info is available - 
certainly nothing as extensive as what you see in your referenced extraction.
