[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Volhynian villages

Hello list members,

I'm very sorry but apparently the list server equalized the chosen 
Unicode [UTF-8] font to Western [ISO 8859-1] which isn't able to display 
Ukrainian characters.

Any advice?
