[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] More villages - more volunteers?

As it turns out, the information posted earlier today in Cyrillic is only 
for the modern Volyn Oblast.

For the purposes of our research, Volhynia consists of 3 modern Oblasts, 
Volyn, Rivne, and Zhitomir.

We have now downloaded the lists for the other 2 Oblasts as well.  We have 
one volunteer who has taken on the task for Volhyn.  Are there any others 
who can help with transliteration of the other 2?
