[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] PAYMENT TO WARSAW ARCHIVES

I received a letter from them, which I had translated. They found my
grandfathers birth record 1880 Secymin parish. They request payment to
obtain a copy of the actual record. They give a bank account number. My
translator was a little unsure of the method. I recall seeing an email
exchange on this very subject some time back. Can someone who has paid them
for a record give me advice?
