[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Wilyanski, Milienian??

Haven't posted in a while, but found this place name on an Cdn immigration
record for great uncle, Wilyanski, Milienian.  I've tried Shtetl Seeker and
Kartenmeister but unless I'm blind, I couldn't see it.
Other records for Uncle Christian Kroening all gave his birth place as Pulin
(found that one) but I missed this place name on subsequent pages.
Any ideas?
