[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Wilyanski, Milienian??

Today I glanced at this again.

Is the RCMP record typed? My guess is that the RCMP report may have been
written out in hand first (bad hand writing at that) and then the typist did
the best job possible at transcribing.

My guess is

Wilyanski = Wolinsk
Milienian = Wolynia The "W" may have looked like a "M" to someone,
from the previous records.

Keep in mind the heavy accents heard by an untrained 'English' ear.
