[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Footnote and National Archives data

Dick - your proposal is something I hoped for as well. Several months ago I asked the expert who works in the microfilm film at the National Archives (a large proportion of that room is captured German records) whether there was any plans to digitize EWZ, RuSHA, SS records, German Navy records, etc. He said he hadn't heard of any plans and doubts it would ever happen.  :>(
