STIEBNER (STEBNER/STEUBNER?) - Nedbajewka and Gruental, Volhynia;  Lublin, Poland
POLINSKE - Nedbajewka and Lodsjanowska, Volhynia;  Wurttenberg, Germany
 
I am also wondering if anyone else in their 'travels' has come across the name, STIEBNER.  I have no good leads or connections.
