[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Roll Call: Welke, Gurke, Zimmerman, Jesse, Lentz

Hello all, 

I'm a newbie. I joined SGGEE recently; the best $30 I've ever spent! Thanks
to those of you that have been so much help. 

I know very little, but these are the names of my Polish family that I know
about so far:


Welke - Debeczno area, 1920 ? and earlier
Gurke - born in Kulczyn 1872 TO Eleonore Ratz
Ratz  - probably Lublin/Wlodawa area
Zimmerman - Last residence Lublin/Wlodawa area, unknown were born
Jesse - May have changed their name to Jesse when coming here in early
1900's. Probably also Lublin/Wlodawa area. 
Lentz- Possibly Russia, late 1800's.

This is family that came to the US in the late 1800's through 1920's. We
think their last residences were in the Wlodawa/Lublin area.
