[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Roll Call

Hello All,
   
  I am looking for....
   
  MENKE / MANKE (with other known variations Moenke, Minke, Mannke, Mahnke, Muenke) - From Volhynia: area of Alexandria, Mariendorf, Tuczyn - From Poland: Not sure but all signs point to Lodz, Petrikau, Babiak, Tury, Wyszogrod, and Nowa Wies - In earlier times possibly from Pomerania, then Nakel and Kulm. Came to America early 1900's settled in Gretna, Manitoba and Neche, North Dakota. 
   
  BRANDT - From Volhynia: area of Alexandria, Mariendorf, Tuczyn and Terespol. Possibly came from Brzesc area (southwest of Wloclawek). 
   
  KNORR - German-Poland
   
  SCHAPPERT / SCHUPPERT - From Austria / Galicia. Came to Gretna, Manitoba 1896. Spelling was Schappert in Europe changed to Schuppert here. 
   
  Other names of interest - married into my family: 
   
  STEGMAN (STEGMANN), PAETSCH, RENZ, PAATZ, BLEICH, GRUENKE / KRENKE, WEHR / WERK, DOBBERSTEIN, FIEDLER, RESCHKE, and possibly SCHROEDER.
