I sent the letter in January and they answered me in February via e-mail
just this:

"At the State Archives there is a record about Ludwig Teise (These)'s birth.
The services of the Archives are to be paid for."

Then, I had to send an e-mail to them asking for example "how to pay"
because it seems they are short of words.
I'm waiting an answer.
