Joyce,

I have three or four films of either the civil or catholic Gabin records at my FHC, which I ordered in about 4 years ago. There are German names in these records.

Subject: [Ger-Poland-Volhynia] civil & catholic gabin parish records

Good afternoon, I am researching in the Gabin, Russia Poland area
for my ancestors. The Gabin Evangelical Parish Records start in 1832.
I know that the pastors from the Ilow parish covered the Gabin area.
I was wondering if anyone had researched the earlier civil and
catholic Gabin parish records. If so did they have any German names?
  Thank you Joyce

Names I am researching are Witzke, Zielke, Luedtke, Lau, Markwart,
Janz, Scherer, Mielke, Neuman, Hohertz, Schneider, Steik, Nass, Derks, Schemming, Ratz, Kuehn,
  Jadischke, Bohn, Mausolf
