Hello Jorge,
how about Pulin, Zhitomir, Volhynia? Maybe he was born there and 
emigrated with his parents to East Prussia (the Germans of Pulin have 
been expropriated in 1915. Many of them emigrated to East Prussia). 
FELBEL and DRIESNER are in the St. Petersburg records.
