According to http://www.kartenmeister.com (which is generally quite reliable and complete), the only Freitagsheim in Posen is today known as Pieranie and was in the Hohensalza region - map 3276.

http://igrek.amzp.pl/mapindex.php?cat=WIG100 will give you the Miloslaw region in 1:100,000 scale. It dates from 1935.

What resource gives you the location as 8 km from Milowslaw?

Note that Freitag = Friday = in Polish, Piatek. To the west and south of Miroslaw are several places with variants on Piatkowo / Piatkowski, etc. One of these might be your location.
