Make sure you have clicked the choice "normal search" rather than case-sensitive search. This usually brings up more hits, and I also suggest using only the surnames to begin with, trying alternate spellings, and searching each database separately.

Hi 

I am trying to find out more about My Great grandparents families through the Eastern geneolgy records O the Neumann and weiss families but I have had no luck as I Punch in names but nothing comes up ?
What am I doing wrong?
