Hello Linda,
indeed one of the most common diagnoses of child's death in the German speaking countries was "Fraisen" which ment 
seizures [rachitogene eclampsia] by lack of calcium caused by too early stopped breastfeeding or maternal 
Hyperparathyroidism.
