[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] GERMANS FROM RUSSIAN POLAND ACCENTS

My late uncle, Julius Lau from Tilsit or nearby, a Russo-Japanese War 
veteran, had the most unique accent I have ever heard in my lifetime. Wish I 
had a means of describing it.
