Czernikowo is located between Toruń and Lipno.  The records you are seeing are Catholic parish records, but they are mixing Polish and German names because all births, marriages and deaths were required to be in Catholic records in the earliest years.  If you put Czernikowo in the place search in the LDS catalog, it will bring up the records that are available on microfilm.
