[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Repatriation List Zhitomir Archive - STREMEL

Is there a way to access the repatriation information other than by
visiting the National Archives in Washington?  I think this information may
be key to tracing back my Nikolai family line from the Sompolno Poland area.
