This is due to the hosting ISP getting a "false error msg" that your ID  
exist.   It occurs for various reasons,  perhaps your ISP is  busy, and 
sends an
"I'm delayed"  message, or an intermediate server has a  problem, or even 
bad software...    
What is annoying is getting  'kicked' out when your ID's been valid  for a 
long time.  and based on the times shown in the original  message,  it 
doesn't look like more than one bounce occurred before getting  your membership
