Hello,

In the Chodecz records now available online, I have found a sidebar
notation I don't understand. It is a stamp, in Polish, from Feb 1957 -
stamped onto a 1880 birth record. I'm including the link to the record. Can
anyone help?

Mathilda Lütke was her birth name; I don't know if she ever married.


I'm also having trouble figuring out the first name of the mother in the
record (surname Bloch) - I don't think it's Emilia
