[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] requesting record search from Piotrokov Tribulanski

  Hello Linda, Omar,

Can you tell us more about these census records? Do you know what
they were called (if possible, in Polish). Which village or town was
 covered?

If there are actual census records from Poland, that would be
 very interesting news.

My guess is that you might have some more local list of
the population - not a government census covering the whole
country, like the British or US census, but some sort of local
government records. Many towns kept "Ksiegi Meldunkowe", which listed
all the families in the town, often with birth-dates and birth-places.
Might that be what you have?

          Thanks,
             Paul Rakow
