I agree with Dick,  Adolf's last residence was Maksimowka, but his father Ludwig is living in Blumental.

  It looks to me like the village is Maksimowka, and it is located about halfway between Novograd Volynsk and Pulin..

  It was the S.S. Rhein sailing from Bremen on May 23, 1912.  It arrived in Baltimore, MD on June 6.


  I am pretty sure the Blumental is in Tscherwonoarmejsk (forgive me if spelling is off) in Volhynia, as I found that linked to his mother's birth before.
