The translation of the text is: 

"Twin brother to the previous, died soon after birth. Got privately baptized by the midwife Anna Konrad."

privately baptized is baptized in emergency or rescue baptized

The childs Nr. 134 and 133 had been twin brothers, both born on the 15th of april, at 12 o'clock, midday.
